Black Magic Marker Old Newspaper Tissue Paper Stapler Scissors Colored Markers or Tempra Paint Paint Brush
Place two full sheets of newspaper together.
Draw out your fish shape with a black magic marker.
Cut out both sheets of newspaper so that you have two fish.
Staple the two fish together, leaving the head open.
Stuff the fish with crumpled newspaper and then finish stapling it closed.
Paint both side to look like a fish.
Let the fish dry and then add tissue paper fins.
